If you accept marketing cookies, we load the X (Twitter) conversion pixel (pixel ID: ouchw). This pixel fires a conversion event when you create an account, when a creator publishes a course, and when you purchase a course. No personal data beyond a pseudonymous browser identifier is shared with X.
X may use this data in accordance with their own privacy policy to measure and optimise our advertising campaigns. If you reject marketing cookies, the pixel is not loaded and no data is sent to X.

Our affiliate tracking uses localStorage rather than traditional cookies. When you visit via an affiliate referral link (e.g. lesso.app/?ref=xxx), a tracking record is stored in your browser's localStorage. It has no fixed expiry: it is removed when you sign up (at which point the referral is recorded against your account) or when you clear your browser data, and you can withdraw consent at any time using the controls on this page.
Under UK ICO guidance, this is treated as equivalent to a marketing cookie and requires your consent. If you reject marketing cookies, affiliate attribution will not be tracked. We also log referral events server-side for fraud detection purposes, which is carried out under our legitimate interests.
You can update your preferences at any time using the controls at the top of this page. You can also clear cookies and localStorage through your browser settings, though this will sign you out of your account.
