All subscription payments on Lesso are non-refundable. By subscribing to a course and requesting immediate access to content, you waive your 14-day statutory cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
This waiver is presented as a checkbox at the point of purchase and must be explicitly accepted before payment is taken.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
Cancellation is immediate to initiate and effective at the end of your current billing period. We do not make cancellation difficult.
You retain access to course content until the end of your paid billing period. After that, access is revoked. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
We will consider refunds only in the following circumstances:
To raise either issue, email hello@lesso.app within 7 days of the charge. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Where a creator offers a free trial, no charge is made during the trial period. You may cancel before the trial ends at no cost via the billing portal. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the no-refund policy above applies.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under English law, including rights relating to services that are not provided with reasonable care and skill. This policy does not limit our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
